P.A. Resources Berhad (“PARB”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 1 September 2004 under the Companies Act 1965 as a private limited liability company. It was later converted into a public limited liability company on 28 April 2005 and subsequently listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 April 2006. On 23 July 2007, PARB successfully transferred its listing to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

PARB Group operates as a diversified group engaged in all stages of the aluminium production process. The Group’s activities encompass upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. At the upstream level, PARB Group specialises in the casting of billets. In the midstream segment, the Group extrudes high-quality aluminium profiles, and in the downstream segment, the Group is equipped with advanced fabrication and surface finishing facilities.
